Centara Life Government Complex Hotel & Convention Centre Chaeng Watthana

Super convenient for the visa office, which is why we were there. Clean, comfortable room. Has the most international TV channels I’ve ever seen at a hotel in Thailand.

Front desk staff told us breakfast started at 6:00. But when we got there at 6:20, restaurant staff said it didn’t start until 6:30. There were a few other (very minor) issues that showed staff need more training and communication with each other.

Accessibility to public transportation

Breakfast was good for the Thai/Asian options, but just the usual frankfurter and cold ham in water for the western option. Nice coffee machines though.

Checked in and went all the up to the 8th floor only to find the key card didn't work. Had to go back to reception who were entirely unapologetic and just issued the correct card. No offer of assistance with bags (I was with my young son). In the room there is no information about how to work the TV or what channels or other viewing options are available. Also, no guidance for the air con which we ended up having to turn off as it was impossible to turn down.

Not upto 4 star standed. All day same menu in buffet. Location neighbourhood is nothing, even no any shop to eat out. Not even provided a soap to room. staff doesn't speak english.

The hotel is in a quiet area and in a government complex. The breakfast is excellent. The staff is great and kind.

This is a conference hotel. It is far from a supermarket and shopping centers. The area is very safe and quiet. You must have an attached car to get around from the hotel. The rooms need renovation. The insulation is not good. You hear noises from the corridor.There is no pool in the hotel and it is not suitable for families

1) Double charged my booking at the hotel because I was told that I didnt paid yet, verified on checkout that I already paid and requested to refund my money back.2) r619 was very loud(suspecting laundry machine?) all night long till morning, next room guests even complained loud outside his room at late night, i couldnt sleep at all...3) asked for in-room breakfast while checkin, being told to get to the 4th floor to get the breakfast there, later found out that in my room was a paper advertisment to get the in room breakfast which was available.Night shift that checked me in, really requires some re- training, but understand-able as a Night-shift duty not to receive any/much training if compared to the day shift staff.

Breakfast menu was excellent. If the cooking staff could speak a bit more English it would have been wonderful but overall it was very good.

It was quite difficult to order and explain about food on the phone to room service as they could not understand English well. Also, every person cannot be expected to be familiar with using QR Code to see menu on mobile phones like elderly people so you must put a printed room service food menu in the room. This was a very big inconvenience for my old parents and I had to keep running down to the 4th floor to the restaurant to order food. Also, it will be good if the menu options can be expanded to include some more international items.

Location is great if you’re going to immigration. Facility is clean, smells like a spa. Rooms are clean, bed comfortable.

Some of the staff in the front desk and room service didn’t understand English very well. We went to get breakfast right after immigration. Got there at 10:05am and there was nothing left. Asked if they could get anything for my babies and they said breakfast was over. That’s not really the hotel’s fault because they did say it closes at 10am, but it was a bummer since I only missed it by 5 min.

The room was clean and cleaning staffs were kind and supportive.

There’s no desks, so Hope you can add a small one for work to use a computer.

The location is not recommended for tourists. The hotel is surrounded by government authorities. Rooms a bit older but still clean.

Air conditioning temperature cannot be adjusted.

the pillow has a batch of dirty on it and the main bed and mattress is very soft makes my back a bit hurts. I prefer good smell in the room
